🕐 Fashionably Late? Your Dog Can’t Tell Time… But We Can.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late** may mean we need to reschedule or adjust your pet’s services, so we don’t keep the next Bubble Buddy waiting.

📞 We Call, You Fetch!

When your pet is finished, we’ll give you a call or text. Please plan to pick them up promptly. We love your pets, but unfortunately, we’re not a daycare — even if they’d happily move in.

💩 Potty Before the Party

Please give your pup a chance to use the bathroom before coming inside. Excitement happens, and accidents do too, but a quick potty break helps everyone start their spa day on the right paw.

🪢 Matt Happens.

If your pet arrives with significant matting, we will always prioritize comfort over vanity. Sometimes the kindest option is a shorter haircut and a fresh start. No, we cannot “just brush it out” if doing so would hurt your pet. Hair grows back. Trust may not. Additional fees may apply for excessive matting or extra time required.

✂️ “Just a Little Off the Top”

We’ll do our best to create the haircut you request, but every coat is different. Coat condition, matting, previous haircuts, behavior, health, and your pet’s willingness to participate can affect the finished style. Pinterest inspiration is welcome. Your doodle may respectfully decline to look exactly like the doodle on Pinterest.

🦈 Tiny Teeth Are Still Teeth

Please let us know about any history of biting, snapping, extreme anxiety, or grooming-related behavior **before** the appointment. We don’t judge — we just like knowing when someone might choose violence. If your pet becomes too stressed or unsafe to continue, we may stop the groom. Your pet’s safety and our groomer’s fingers come first.

👵 Senior Citizens Get VIP Treatment

Senior pets and pets with medical conditions may require extra time, modified grooming, or shortened services. Our goal is **comfort, not perfection**. If your senior pet tells us they’ve had enough, we listen.

🩺 Tell Us the Tea

Please let us know about allergies, skin conditions, seizures, heart conditions, injuries, medications, recent surgeries, lumps, bumps, warts, or anything else we should know. We’re groomers, not mind readers — although after enough years working with dogs, we’re getting pretty close.

​

🐜 Fleas Are NOT Invited

If we discover fleas, ticks, or another contagious concern during your pet’s appointment, additional cleaning/treatment fees may apply, and services may need to be modified or stopped. Please don’t bring uninvited plus-ones to the Bubble Party.

🚫 No-Shows Are a No-Go

We reserve appointment time specifically for your pet. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee and/or require a deposit before booking future appointments. Ghost your Tinder date, not your groomer.

 📸 Say Cheese!

We may occasionally take adorable before-and-after photos or videos of our Bubble Buddies for our website or social media. If you would prefer your pet not be photographed or posted, just let us know. We completely respect our camera-shy clients. 🧼 Dirty Dog Tax Extremely dirty, impacted, heavily shedding, matted, or otherwise extra-time-consuming coats may require additional charges. Sometimes one bath is a bath. Sometimes it’s an archaeological excavation.

🐾 Humanity Over Vanity

Above everything else, your pet’s physical and emotional well-being comes first. We will never force a haircut or service simply for appearance. If your pet is overly stressed, exhausted, uncomfortable, or unsafe, we may modify or stop the service. Happy pets > perfect haircuts. Always.
